"Used my Slacker for the first time today. Love it! The setup was intuitive and the mobile app allowed me to stay focused on rider position. I particularly loved the precision with 0. 1% AND millimeter readings to get totally dialed in. When setting up forks, you really didn't need to dismount the bike while adjusting pressures and measuring SAG in an almost continuous process. I bought the option with the case and really appreciate the ability to put everything together inside (I put the foam insert with the Virtual Fender accessories, manuals and loose fittings into the web pouch. ) Not sure why you charge for the Service Assistant as I think it helps those of us with multiple bikes and rider settings so hoping the lost revenue is made up in good will 😉"

"I have been looking for a tool to measure sag for coil-sprung shocks, and some of the existing solutions are too complicated to use, in some cases one must remove the shock from the bike to install the tool. Slacker’s approach is completely different, it measures the sag without removing anything from the bike and I find it interesting that the measurement is done at the axle instead of the shock itself. So far, I’m satisfied with the tool, how easy it is to use, and I think the measurement is more adequate."

Cool Concept that works!

"Figured id give this a try and see how it stacks up against the ol tape measure way and it def make things easier. One of my bikes I was pretty dead on using the old method but my 2nd bike boy was i off! This def helped me set it up properly and immediately noticed a difference. Not sure why I was so far off on my 2nd bike and the 1st one was pretty much dead on but this def makes the job easier and you know for sure where you're setting it at."

"Definitely makes checking sag a one person job! I was still a little confused to the exact how-to on using it, even after watching the videos that Slacker had emailed me. A quick YouTube search and a couple of videos later (Shout-out to RM ATV/MC for their videos always coming in clutch!) I had a full understanding on how to correctly use the Slacker tool. Heads up, these do not come with batteries, so have a 4 pack of AAA batteries on hand. Attaching to the bike was simple with the magnetic backing. I opted on drilling a small hole in plastics on each of my bikes to attach the cable hook into to speed things up and to know I'm checking in the same spot everytime. Syncing the tool to the wireless remote was simple. So, if you have a dirt bike, throw that sag scale ruler or tape measure in the spare parts tool box and get you a Slacker digital sag scale tool, you won't regret it."
